Terry's Story
Let me introduce myself. I am Terry Williams the Founder and President of Terry Williams Ministries. Along with my husband, Jimmie, who is a board member of our church/ministry as well as others behind the scenes that make this church/ministry what it is today. The goal of this church/ministry is to help those that are bound by sin to come the realization of the need a Savior, Jesus Christ and encourage the followers of Christ in this beautiful way that Christ has placed in front us.
My Story
As a teenager and young adult, I always felt like there was a call on my life to do more in the service of the Lord. Over the years I tried to work it out my own way. I don’t know that I can say that I failed at my endeavors, but I can say that my attempts for the most part hindered what God was trying to do in my life. As a young adult I went to a Bible College thinking that God would couple me with a great man of God that I could assist while working in the background, assisting him to carry out the call of God in his life. In later years I went to nursing school, thinking that my helping people with medical and emotional needs I would be fulfilling the call that God had placed on my life. You see the enemy had told me so many lies. I always felt I was not good enough to be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Why would God call a nobody like me? That was a long time ago and now I know it is the “nobodies” that God makes a point to call into His service. He draws them to Him, heals their minds and teaches them to be mighty men and women of God. There was time in my life that I drifted away from God seeking my own way. To me, I thought that God was working way too slow accomplishing things in my life. So, I decided to do things my own way and He let me. I had to get to the end of me for Him to do His work through me. After many years, I realized that my way was doing harm to my body, mind and spirit. I was a Christian, but I was a bound Christian, bound by emotional pain. As a result, I started experiencing physical pain from all the stress. At this point, I was at the end of my rope. I started spending the hours after church on Sundays spending special time with God. The turning point was one Sunday when I was crying out for change and I repented of doing things my way. During this season of prayer, I literally could feel His loving arms around me. I will never forget that love that I felt that day. This was the turning point for me. As I spent special time with Him, He gradually healed my broken heart! It was not an overnight change, but I began to change and heal from all the pain of my past. He continues to do so even today. When I think I have it all together, He will reveal to me something that needs to be dealt with in order to become that whole person that He desires me to be. This is truly a beautiful and wonderful way that we walk.
As Time Goes On…
I have been ministering for my Lord for many years now. In the beginning, it was not easy, but He has always been faithful to me and those He sent to assist me over the years. I have produced TV programs: Vision Casters (with my sister), Springs of Living Waters (with a friend), From the Shepherd’s Table that I later changed to The Shepherd’s Table, Core Awaken, Simply Content and Watchman Arise. There has been more than one time that God has instructed me to shut everything down and I obeyed. He did this back in 2016 and recently He instructed me to shut down my last TV program. As a ministry, we have through youth outreaches, outreaches in Kenya in the past and currently with are ministering through an outreach in Uganda with young at risk girls. God has been faithful through it all and I know that He is not done yet.
Currently
Currently we continue to work with the Daughters of Hope in Uganda. We minister through a Zoom meeting with them monthly to encourage them. Truth be told, they encourage me probably as much as I encourage them. I am in the process of getting things together to start a weekly video blog that will be aired on our different social media accounts. I also speak at different venues as God directs. We are always in prayer seeking God guidance in everything that we set out do. Please join us in praying about what is the next door we should walk through.

The Daughters of Hope
The Daughters of Hope is a ministry based in Uganda through the ministry of Bishop Nelson Wesamoya. Along with his wife Agnes and Harriet, they minister at risk girls. They graciously allow be to be a part of this great ministry. The Daughters are a group of young girls that may be at risk for being child laborers, child brides or even being sold as slaves. This is something prevalent throughout the world even here in the USA. Most the girls are missing either one or both parents. A couple the girls have medical issues that without the support that the Daughters Of Hope gives them they would not be able to obtain. Harriet, Agnes and the local church teach the girls skills that will improve their hopes for a better life.
TWM sends funds periodically to assist with their needs. These funds help with school needs, personal care needs, and any other incidental needs. Other needs that have been brought to my attention are their need of: Panties, Bras, Shoes, Soap and Smearing oil (petroleum jelly). Some need bedding also. On a recent visit to some the home it was found some did not have any bedding to cover with while they sleep.
If you feel led to assist with the Daughters of Hope mission, please go to the Donation page to donate. God Bless You!
My Artwork
Over the last year, God has bless me and restored the gift of creativity through painting. As I paint, each painting is done with love and prayer. Currently I have been giving these to family and friends with hopes of posting some for sale on my LilyWorks Market Place website.

My Beliefs
Bible. We believe the Bible, consisting of 66 books, to be the inspired Word of God, without error, the revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.
God. We believe in one God existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God has always been and will always be the only God. There were none before Him and shall be none after him.
The Father. We believe that the Father created all things in heaven and on earth. He created human beings out of a love for us and desires a personal relationship with each of us.
Jesus. We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life and died on the cross as the sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Furthermore, He arose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven.
Holy Spirit. We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to convict men, making them aware of their sin and the salvation available through Jesus. He regenerates, guides, instructs, and empowers the believer for godly living and service.
Man. We believe that man was created in the image of God and sinless, but fell into sin and is therefore lost and subject to judgment. There is nothing man can do to save himself from this judgment, but he can accept the death of Jesus as punishment in place of his own eternal death by acknowledging God and accepting the free gift of salvation.
Salvation. We believe that the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ provides the only way of justification and salvation for all who believe. Any who attach additional works of man as a requirement for salvation are false in that they infer Jesus’ death is insufficient in and of itself to save and that human beings somehow have the capability to save themselves.
Accepting the Sinner, Denouncing the Sin. We believe that no sin is too big for God to forgive. Therefore, as Christians we should be open and eager to share the Gospel with everyone regardless of their sin or affliction. However, making Jesus Lord of our lives means striving towards holiness and turning from our sinful ways. Therefore, while being open to all sinners, Christians ought not accept, ignore, or promote any sin as permissible.
Non-Essential Elements. We believe the above tenets make up the basis of Christian faith on which all Christians believe and agree. We have intentionally omitted any statements regarding areas of legitimate disagreement (i.e., baptism, predestination, end times) on which agreement is not essential for salvation.
